Plaud continues to grow rapidly. The company now says it has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), just two years after launching.
According to Plaud, this makes the company one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies. At the same time, it stands out by combining its own hardware with AI services in a market where many players focus mainly on software.

Since launching in 2023, Plaud has grown to more than two million users in over 170 countries. Its product lineup includes Plaud Note, Plaud Note Pro and Plaud NotePin S - devices that help users record, transcribe and organize conversations, meetings and ideas.
Plaud describes its platform as a way to capture information that would otherwise easily be lost in everyday conversations. The goal is to give users access to valuable insights from meetings, phone calls and discussions without relying on traditional screen-based workflows.
At the same time, the company continues to expand its offering. Plaud Team was recently launched, making it possible for teams to share and build on insights from conversations. Plaud is also building support for MCP, as well as more integrations with external workflows and AI agents, to make information from meetings and conversations available directly in existing productivity tools.

The company also says it meets several international security and privacy requirements and certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA and EN 18031.
"Most AI companies have grown through software behind a screen. We chose a different path," says Nathan Xu, co-founder and CEO of PLAUD.
"The conversations that actually move work forward rarely happen behind a keyboard. We built an interface for a world beyond the screen, and the market has shown that there is a need for it"
